Return Policy

Every Wildroot Alchemy product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected botanical ingredients.

For the health, safety, and well-being of our customers, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Because our botanical skincare, aromatherapy, and personal care products cannot be safely resold after leaving our care, we cannot verify how they have been handled or stored.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wildrootalchemy.co. Please include your order number along with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed during transit, please reach out to us. While delivery is ultimately the responsibility of the shipping carrier, we are always happy to assist in working with the carrier to help locate your shipment.
