For the health, safety, and well-being of our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any aromatherapy, botanical, or personal care products. Once an item has left our care, we cannot guarantee its handling or storage conditions.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.
