Every order is carefully handcrafted, thoughtfully packaged, and shipped from California. Because each product is made in small batches, we take great care to ensure your order arrives beautifully prepared for your ritual.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders.

Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other fees assessed by their country. Wildroot Alchemy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to help locate your shipment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number along with photos of the damaged product, the shipping box, and the shipping label so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
